Net Zero Carbon (NZC) Building is a resource created by David Mead. David leads the PAE Regenerative Design Group where he works to integrate engineering and architectural solutions into unified, regenerative designs. David also worked on the Net Zero Energy Buildings Fellowship for Project Drawdown.
He started NZC Building as far too often, policy goals are not translating to action in practice. Too many projects start with great goals but later struggle to achieve them due to cultural biases, unfunded mandates, market pressures and contracting methods.
NZC Building is all about actually building a NZC future. Going beyond just stating goals and working to find real solutions to create a carbon neutral future.
